September has been an incredible month for us. We released our new Question & Answers module, bringing Q&A into the document viewer itself. This is a first for Virtual Data Rooms, or at least to our knowledge. So far, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from our users.

Here is a full list of new features and improvements for September:

• New Q&A with improved custom fields and integrated into the document viewer (can be enabled/disabled in settings)
• Ability to hide question authors and/or author of replies to questions from specific users or groups of users
• Addition of subtle animations to draw attention to key features, such as when a new notification arrives
• Moved search box to allow the resizable document viewer to sit on the right, and subsequent searches can now be performed whilst keeping the viewer open (useful for searching for a particular document quickly)
• Questions and Answers custom fields can now be cloned into a new site, from an existing site or template
• When adding a new site and selecting its parent, you can now search this dropdown box
• “Add multiple questions” now enabled by default on new sites
• Various user experience improvements and minor bug fixes
